Average delivery time for all our parcels:

Latest order time 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)

Order processing time 1-2 days, delivery on: Mon-Fri

Delivery time 4-10 working days, delivery on: Mon-Fri

Unforeseen events from the shipping service provider are not taken into account in the stated delivery time.

We use the following shipping service providers:

• DHL
• BPost

 

Lost parcel / returned parcel?

If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new parcel before proceeding with the refund and return.

Shipping costs

Free shipping, we cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required. In case of an incorrect address or refusal, delivery costs will be charged.
